August 2023
Eric Wass, Matt Sommer, Tim Estes
The countless number of hours that they have spent getting the building back in shape should be commended. They are the true HEROES of Schramm!
-Laura Stuff
Krissi Neville
Her ability to roll her sleeves up and jump in to help with the building is remarkable. Her dedication is something that most do not see as her "behind the scenes" dedication is what keeps the building running.

Adam Mangold
Since he has been placed over the Motor dept, he has taken on a lot, juggling the department and helping to start up a BD program, plus working with a bunch of women. LOL He is very attentive and easy to talk to. When there are concerns he takes note of them and acts to make things better.

Adam Mangold
Adam listens with a genuine interest in our concerns and intentions. He works with the Motor Dept staff to find resolutions and provide the tools and support we need.
-Motor Department
Becki Johnston
Provides her COTAs with the support we need within the department and especially out in the districts where we are on our own. She genuinely makes her COTAs feel like we are part of a team.
-Motor Department COTAs
Danni Bollinger
Danni has been so wonderful helping me with the stress of the new school year! She is always optimistic and ready to give ideas, a helping hand, or just being a shoulder to lean on! You’re amazing Danni!
-Ashlie Reinhart
Ashlie Reinhart
Ashlie really jumped in to help staff and students in our elementary classroom. She displayed some serious core values yesterday at Schramm!
-Mandy Rader
Maddie Woiwode
Maddie is willing to step in and help out in any situation. She is a team player and has helped out several classrooms already this year. I am amazed at how well she handles difficult situations and her genuine care for our students!
-Johnica Tucker
Delaney Knott
Delaney transitioned from one of the high school rooms to an elementary classroom this year. Even though she was nervous, she has done a fantastic job getting to know the students and their routines. I look forward to seeing how great this year goes with her in the classroom!
