Aarthi Nagarajan
Aarthi has been so committed to building relationships with students and building the work program at Rogers. Her commitment does not go unnoticed.
-Meghan Brake
Meredith Bishop
Meredith always greets me when I enter her room to sweep. She is sincere and cares about her co-workers. Also appreciate when she gives us a heads up when her students are eating the room. This prevents unnecessary work in the gym!
-Matt Sommer
Cayce Frietsch
I appreciate that Cayce is creating a culture of work in the classroom. She is encouraging students to participate in jobs around the building at Rogers and the students are motivated by these jobs.
-Meghan Brake
Britney Sale
My student teacher was having difficulties bringing in a student from the playground. Britney did not hesitate to help out and safely get the student back in the building. It was such a great help!
-Johnica Tucker
Carly Bachar
I was out for several days for a funeral and Carly really stepped up in my room to make sure that everything ran smoothly. She even got a Valentine's gift for each of our students!
-Justin Miller
Takohma Beach
Takohma demonstrated exemplary skills today when dealing with student behaviors that were very difficult.
-Kari Behrends
Carly Bachar
Carly went above and beyond for her classroom this week! Her efforts were noticed by many! :)
-Kari Behrends
Jill Calvin
Jill took time out of her schedule to teach a combat and yoga class for Wellness Wednesday. It was so much fun and engaging. I really appreciate all that she does.
-Heather Cassidy
Kim Lauer
Kim was at Schramm and graciously offered to drive over my large delivery of 13 boxes to Rogers and unloaded them into my room. I am so appreciative of her taking the time to do that!
-Meghan Brake
Ashley Bedwell & Beth Barksdale
Beth is often down students and she offers to have Ashley support needs in other classrooms. Ashley is 100% willing to support in any classroom, the kitchen, and the pool.

Jill Calvin & Kelly McGrath
When we are short staffed, they spread themselves to areas of need such as supporting morning bus duty as well as helping in ECE to get their morning off to a great start.

Haley Lee
Last week when I was sick Haley stepped in and helped supervise the students with their school jobs. I really appreciate Haley's leadership role in helping the students being successful in their school jobs.
