About Rogers Academy

Rogers Academy is the cooperative’s satellite program located at 109 Rogers Road, North Pekin. This program serves K-12 students with emotional disabilities within four classrooms: Early Elementary, Elementary, Middle School, & High School.  Rogers Academy utilizes Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), which is a research-based multi-tiered framework making schools more effective by placing an emphasis on organizational systems, practices, and data collection. In order to further monitor and modify student behavior, our staff implement a school-wide behavioral point system. With this quantified data, we offer student rewards for desirable behavior, determine whether or not the current interventions are effective for changing behavior, and clearly identify student growth.

Our Mission

Improve quality of life for students and families through individualized, systematic instruction and community experiences to enhance independence, communication, social, vocational, and functional life skills.

Core Values

Integrity, Caring, Empathy, Compassion, Respect, Commitment, Honesty
