This is a hard copy assessment. You can request to borrow this from the TMCSEA Youth Services Department! You will need the book and student response booklet to complete the assessment. This assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete with a student, if they are completing this indepdnently. Additionally, there is a family/guardian form and school staff form to collect information.
